Dr. Bryan Morgan is an enterprise operating executive with more than 15 years of experience driving revenue growth, operational scale, and financial performance across high-growth and global organizations. He is recognized for his ability to bring structure to complexity, translating strategic vision into disciplined execution that delivers measurable business outcomes. His leadership consistently strengthens profitability, accelerates growth, and improves organizational performance in both scaling and transformation environments.

Bryan has led large-scale transformation initiatives resulting in more than $115M in cumulative cost optimization, including a $75M enterprise stabilization effort during the COVID-19 crisis and $40M in savings through financial restructuring and operational redesign. His work reflects a disciplined approach to financial stewardship, ensuring organizations can operate efficiently while maintaining strategic momentum during periods of uncertainty and change.
He has also demonstrated a consistent ability to build and scale organizations. As part of the leadership team at Build.com, Bryan contributed to the company’s expansion from $3M to more than $500M in revenue. He designed foundational operating models, built cross-functional organizational structures across marketing, merchandising, and sales, and launched new business initiatives that generated over $50M in incremental annual revenue. His ability to align operational infrastructure with commercial strategy enabled sustained growth and long-term enterprise value creation.
Throughout his career, Bryan has combined financial rigor with operational leadership to drive both efficiency and top-line performance. At Sephora, he directed financial strategy for a $400M global marketing organization, aligning investment decisions with growth priorities across the United States and Canada. He restructured loyalty program economics, reducing over $100M in balance sheet liability while strengthening customer engagement and revenue performance. He also launched a co-branded credit card program that generated $20M in its first year, creating a new and scalable revenue stream for the business.
As Head of Global Operations at Wind River, Bryan architected enterprise operating frameworks that aligned product, engineering, and go-to-market functions, improving execution speed, accountability, and organizational alignment across global teams. He implemented performance management systems that delivered real-time visibility into key metrics, developed workforce planning and resource allocation models to support global scale, and standardized execution processes to ensure consistency across distributed operations. His leadership enhanced operational discipline while enabling agility in dynamic business environments.
Earlier in his career, Bryan led financial planning and analytics for a $500M multi-business unit organization, where he modernized reporting infrastructure, automated key processes, and significantly improved forecasting accuracy. He built and led a high-performing analytics function that provided executive leadership with the insights needed to guide strategic decisions, identify growth opportunities, and improve overall business performance.
Bryan’s leadership foundation is further strengthened by his service in the California Army National Guard, where he directed multinational logistics operations supporting $500M in assets in high-risk and high-pressure environments. Leading teams under extreme conditions, he ensured mission success, operational safety, and coordinated execution across multiple agencies. This experience shaped his disciplined, accountable, and mission-driven leadership style, which continues to define his approach in corporate environments.
He holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, along with a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University. Bryan is known as a trusted advisor to executive teams, valued for his ability to connect strategy, finance, and operations into a cohesive execution model that drives sustained business performance.
